Unfortunately, I faced issues with the parking situation as there were limited spaces,, causing unnecessary frustration. The slow and unreliable internet connectivity was also disappointing for a hotel of this caliber, hindering my ability to stay connected.

Good service at reception .

The access to treatment facilities was misleading, as they are located in a different hotel which required a long walk through a tunnel. The room lacked a coffee machine and basic welcome amenities, which are usually standard for a hotel of this rating. The parking situation was poor, with limited spaces and a complicated exit process that left us frustrated.

The spa experience was a peaceful retreat, with a variety of treatment options and serene views of the forest.

Parking was a nightmare. The limited spaces made it frustrating to find a spot, and trying to navigate the complicated exit system only added to the stress of leaving.

Nice stay with some quirks

The spa was awesome with warm pools and some cool mud treatments. Dinner had a great variety, and the poolside snack bar was a hit with us. The parking can get a bit hectic, though, annoying. Free WiFi was a joke, super slow or just wouldn't connect. Still, a nice spot for the fam!

The room was clean and had a nice shower, but controlling the temperature was a pain. It was very hot, and I couldn't open the window or door. The view was lovely, a plus. It reminded me of a decent room but needed a few tweaks for comfort.

It was just a decent option for a quick stopover in Sovata with good value. The staff at reception were friendly, made the check-in process easier. Make sure to ask about parking availability since it can get tricky during peak times.

Ensana has great thermal water and a very good dry sauna. The breakfast was hearty with varied options, and i loved the flavorful local cheeses in the dinner appetizers. The facilities are quite nice for relaxation.

The spacious room offered a good blend of light wood and warm colors. It felt as cozy as a hug from my favorite quilt.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! the location is absolutely stunning. Situated in a beautiful area, this place offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are well-furnished and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the high standard of the treatments offered at the spa, especially the mud wraps using therapeutical mud from the nearby lake. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a delightful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet and wonderful mountain landscape was perfect, offering a great view. The rooms were big and modern, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were very nice and offered excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pools and the spa & wellness center, which had a variety of facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a convenient feature. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience here.

Though this place offers many amenities and great services, it could use a new "face lift" to enhance its appearance. However, we would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel personnel were polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with its stunning view. The upper floor pools were a great feature, perfect for families. Breakfast options were plentiful, and we were impressed with the spa and its reasonably priced, high-quality massages.
